I encountered problems that were my fault (which caused delays in receipt) and they were resolved very well and very quickly. The only problem on the other side is that I did not receive the correct board. I did not request a change because I did not want to wait anymore but I am sure they would have done what was necessary

Lack of coordination with your carrier who did not receive the message with the phone number I provided and that you assured me over the phone you had transmitted. Moreover, this Thursday, August 20, you also told me over the phone that the delivery was for Monday 24 and the delivery person came Friday morning the 21. Otherwise, the board arrived in good condition.

Regarding the delivery, it is indeed between 4 to 7 working days for surfboards. The maximum delay was therefore Friday, August 24. The order was indeed delivered within the allotted time but delivering a pair of Oakley's, even on sale, in a soft plastic pouch is just ridiculous: the pair arrived -miraculously- intact but the box was completely crushed... needs to be reviewed...
