The product was as ordered and without defects. However, Hawaii surf shipped it in its original packaging, without putting it in a transport box to protect it, just wrapped in black plastic film. This is the fourth ski helmet I have bought online, and I had never seen that! Luckily the carrier, DPD, is very professional, and managed to deliver it to me without a hitch!

However, Hawaii surf shipped it in its original packaging, without putting it in a transport box for protection, just wrapped in black plastic film. I ordered several items on the website, fast delivery respected, some items didn't fit me, as I was going to Paris, I took the opportunity to return them in person. The refund was processed. I took the opportunity to buy another item but once at home not having checked the box, it was not the right model that was given to me.
After contacting the store, I just had to return the item since I don't live nearby and reorder on the site.
Understanding and welcoming staff who have no issues with returns/refunds.
Real-time stock is a real plus.
