As for the site, there is nothing to complain about. However, the fact that Hawaiisurf works with GLS for the carrier is really a negative point...
The box I received was really very damaged... Fortunately, it wasn't fragile. But it's no surprise that it was damaged, I saw the delivery person throw a package on the ground (not mine) to find my box... And I have already had broken packages with this carrier...
Also, I find it unfortunate to have to pay for a return... It's a practice that is becoming less common and it's a major weak point. I will pay more attention in the future...
