For the order on the Hawai surf site, everything was good and perfect as usual
But it's a shame that the relay point I chose next to my home was not the one where I picked up my package. I had to go pick up my package 1/2 hour by car from my home and this without any coherent explanation other than 'for a technical problem!!!!'
Moreover, I sent a message on the Hawai surf site to ask where my order had gone and I still have no response.

Hello, The refund is done within 10 days MAXIMUM (contrary to what you indicate in your review) moreover these deadlines are indicated in the sales conditions that you are supposed to have read, and that you have in any case accepted prior to your order. We give you the possibility to return an item in store but the refund of a web order is not processed at the checkout directly and is forwarded to the relevant services following your return. The store and the website being treated separately at the accounting level. Recrediting ONE card does not take 10 days certainly, we generally do it within a week, however we do not have just one return for refund, we have CARDS to refund daily. Preparation of the order was very quick.
However, the delivery provider (TNT) is really unprofessional.
I placed 2 orders, and for both, no one came to deliver the package (even though I paid a total of 15€ extra for that ...). The packages were directly dropped off at a parcel relay.

When we modify the destination of an order, it is either because the pickup point no longer exists or it is likely to close for vacation within the next 10 days. Indeed, packages are stored at the pickup point for a maximum of 10 days, so the pickup point must be open for you to go there.

Nothing to say about Hawai Surf but very unhappy with their provider TNT who doesn't bother to ring the intercom of my residence. As a result, I had to call the delivery person and file a complaint with TNT, I have to go pick up my package at a relay point when I don't have the time and I'm leaving for the snow tomorrow night!
