I had placed a first order that could not be shipped due to lack of stock, I was immediately informed of the situation and the refund was processed quickly. I placed another order for a similar item that I received in a few days. The item completely meets my expectations and I positively value the purchasing process as well as the information received between the order placement and its delivery.
