Hello, we are very satisfied with our order at HawaiiSurf. First order placed on March 29 and we received our package at the relay point on April 2 (estimated date between April 4 and 5). The large packaging box was a bit damaged (probably during transport), but the skateboard and the rollers (even the packaging) were impeccable. Having not rollerbladed for years, I mistakenly chose the wrong size, I took 37 instead of 38.5. A phone call to the store, I was clearly informed about the steps to take. I reordered the same day (April 2) and received the package at the relay point that day (April 4). Impeccable packaging and rollers that fit me perfectly. Just a small snag on the plate (maybe the display model) and the brake that moves slightly. We returned the old pair of rollers well packaged and protected via colissimo today. Just waiting for the receipt and the refund. Thank you again for your professionalism.
