Delivery was super fast. However, I am disappointed with the condition of the purchased item. The new snowboard I bought has several scratches. I'm even hesitant to return it.

It says delivery 24-48h, everything was in stock. I chose this site for the delivery time but the promises were not kept. Ordered on Friday and received the following Friday because I called to find out where my order was. Otherwise, I wouldn't have received it yet. Very disappointed with the service. I won't come back
After the weekend we have a lot of orders to process, we are a small shop with few staff and sometimes there can be a slight delay, you received your order on Friday instead of Thursday, I don't think that deserves a 1/5 but that's your feeling, we take it into account and apologize for this exceeded delay.
