Despite a missing item in the order, customer service was very responsive to resend the missing product. Call for replacement of unavailable products, choice of refund. Very happy with the speed of shipping, however the small downside is that when I picked up my package the box was torn (mouse? Carrier?) Nevertheless, my item is intact. I did change the delivery and billing address on your site, but for the pickup point, it was a shop in Grenoble that was proposed.
