I ordered several items on the website, fast delivery respected, some items didn't fit me, as I was going to Paris, I took the opportunity to return them in person. The refund was processed. I took the opportunity to buy another item but once at home not having checked the box, it was not the right model that was given to me. After contacting the store, I just had to return the item since I don't live nearby and reorder on the site. Understanding and welcoming staff who have no issues with returns/refunds.
