Forgetting the anti-theft device and the torn closure cord on a jacket that costs €320, I expect impeccable quality, this is not a second-hand jacket I am buying. I am waiting to see if Hawaii Surf will ensure its after-sales service. For now, I would not recommend your site to my friends and colleagues.
