The card payment page did not work for several days, the Hawaiisurf team or their IT provider had difficulties resolving the problem which was unstable. My purchase was therefore delayed by a week, I did not receive any commercial gesture, especially since the item saw its price drop the day after my order. The carrier (DPD) never informed me of the delivery of the product to the relay point, the tracking number was unknown.
