I have ordered from you several times and it was perfect, this time it was rather average, it's the delivery person's fault, I had specified home delivery, and it was redirected to a relay point, while I was home all day, no one came, and I didn't receive a notice either... I had to call FedEx customer service (paid) to find out where this relay was because I had no information to find it, no address! Nothing! (Relay point that closes at 6 PM obviously lol I got my package the next day) because your equipment and service are very often top-notch! This was just to inform (the delivery person probably wanted to finish earlier)
