Lacks technical characteristics of the products

The order went very well. I chose to pick them up at the store, it was ready a few minutes after I made the payment on the site. On site, I found them a bit too big and the sellers immediately went to see if there were other sizes available. And generally, I have never had any problems with this store.

Tb for Hawaiisurf, however, it is absolutely necessary to change the carrier TNT: I paid for home delivery and on 13/7, the delivery person did not bother to ring my doorbell even though 3 people were present and he dropped my package directly at a relay point. I went to pick it up but it was nowhere to be found at the relay. I then filed a complaint with TNT and they were supposed to call me back after contacting the delivery person. But two days later, I called back because I hadn't heard anything. Finally, my package was at the relay but since it was closed on Monday, I had to wait until Tuesday 17/7 to retrieve it!! I told my contact that all this would never have happened if the carrier had done their job, which is to deliver to my home. WELL, THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!

The site is very good but the xcel 3/2 Infiniti ordered was extremely poorly folded and the neoprene on both legs above the knees has significant creases... sure it was on sale but it's a shame anyway....

The products were in accordance with the order and they were delivered within the announced timeframe (3 days). The packaging was a bit light (no bubble wrap for the skateboard) and the product could have been damaged during transport.

The delivery person did not come to my home. I pay for delivery for nothing. forced to go to a relay point. too bad.

Very good products, nothing to complain about regarding the store. However, absolutely avoid home delivery by TNT! While I was entitled to free delivery to a relay point, I decided to pay 7.90 euros for home delivery because it was more convenient for me. Except that TNT didn't even bother to come to my home and directly dropped my package at a relay point 8km from my house at the beginning of the day! Paying nearly 8 euros for a service I was entitled to for free is a bit hard to swallow...
