We apologize for your order, only delivery for Christmas was guaranteed until 20/12. Your order was prepared and handed over to the carrier on 22/12, the date of the order. But with the Christmas rush, it could not be delivered within 24 hours to the pickup point but was handed over to the pickup point the next working day, Monday 26/12.
