Hawaiisurf chose GLS, which is the worst delivery service existing (look at the ratings of the GLS relay in your city on Google maps you will see). I didn't realize it was GLS when I ordered. So I obviously didn't receive my order: they simply do not deliver. They leave the package at their agency pretending it's an incorrect address. Choosing GLS is choosing the cheapest service possible but the worst for customers.

I was delivered quickly, well done GLS! However, the board (drop trough) "Flying Wheels Helmet 38.5", had already been mounted before being sent to me bare. It is damaged at the road side mounting holes. It shows marks from the washers that were supposed to hold the truck before. With residues of grip embedded (grip that presumably went through the board during the original installation).
Order delivered very quickly. Customer service is responsive and accommodating. I recommend!

Board damaged during delivery and a real obstacle course to get reimbursed. Always up to you to do the steps = 1 month. Board not protected in the box, no possible tracking for the delivery of the board, delivery company: does not notify you when it passes and does not leave a message. Conclusion: AVOID and buy in a surf shop:
We are sorry that your board arrived damaged, the boards are shipped via a specialized carrier hence the tracking unavailable in your space, however, with a simple email or call, we can give you the status of the transport.
As for the refund, you contacted us on April 12, the refund request was made on April 12 at 4:50 PM. The bank refund takes a maximum of 5 working days to be effective.
