Quality French online skate shop with interesting products
The return policy is very poor and unacceptable to today's standards. I had to wait more than 5 months to get my refund. I'm never ordering again at HawaiiSurf because of bad customer service.

1st order canceled after 1 month by hawaiisurf. After various surprises. I am still waiting for the refund for this one... 2nd order ok but minimal packaging... 1 simple box for a board. After several emails, no response for the refund. In short... I was planning to make several purchases, it's not looking good.
