A lot of choices. Very serious site.
I finally have my wetsuit... but what a hassle! Order placed on Saturday, November 7: delivery was supposed to be in 3 days max. It is now November 19 and I had to go in person to the warehouse to pick up the order. Sure, the carrier may have been fraudulent but I had to chase customer service several times otherwise time passed without anything, there were many back and forth, I received no proposal for arrangement/compensation. In short, I end up with my order, but I lost an impossible amount of time and the experience was unpleasant.
I give a good rating because during my call I had a very friendly and professional person unlike the competition... I recommend.

Good except for the delivery service which should be banned... I have already had problems with DPD, I don't understand this choice of carrier.

I ordered a skateboard that arrived in two days, earlier than the expected date! Received in perfect condition, wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it from shocks and bad weather with a little sticker as a gift. I recommend.

The shop itself, the service, speed, ease, quality of products... would have deserved 5 stars but I take one away for the delivery service they use because the package was left on the doorstep while we were present, it could have been stolen given the traffic, and all that without being warned that the package was delivered despite a not very reliable pseudo tracking, degraded packaging (product intact nonetheless). Please change your delivery service.

It's the surf shop in France that deserves to still be here. Order on the site and free product pickup in the Paris store very quickly. The brand sorting works a bit randomly.
