Product received on time and totally compliant with the description. I found the packaging a bit 'light' but the product was not damaged. However, I do not recommend GLS for delivery. The product arrived grouped with other products ordered elsewhere, also going through GLS and my experience with this carrier was very bad: the other products were very late, very difficult to contact GLS and when I finally got them, I was never treated like that: borderline insulting and they hung up on me. Avoid GLS!!!

Regarding the site I have nothing to say everything went well. Delivery time, the only small downside is the packaging. The box containing the rollers being just wrapped, it took some serious hits during transport, it is completely smashed to offer for Christmas it's a bit mediocre.

I have ordered several times on the site, I am satisfied. The navigation is smooth although I preferred the previous layout. The delivery is fast. The only small downside this time was that one item was missing from my order, but very quickly the customer service was responsive and managed to rectify this small inconvenience, and the next day I received the missing item! Ordered items: several Invaders Seba 80 mm wheels of different colors, they have quite a good grip and last over time. A safe bet for freeriders and riders 😉 for good sessions in urban mode. I had a preference for the hyper-concrete G wheels but the site apparently no longer sells them, for me they had a bit more grip! I recommend this site for its seriousness.
