Well-made site, good product quality. Having already been to the store, very good advice. However, I regret that the store is unreachable (too bad when you are in the provinces). No update on the delivery tracking on the GLS site (shipping status, estimated delivery date)

The online experience went very well from the order placement - wide choice and competitive prices - to the product shipment... which never arrived. Then begins a period of uncertainty where the feeling that the problem is not being addressed prevails and that one must be insistent to get answers. However, the fact is that with patience, the customer service handling was up to the problem encountered since everything was sorted out but after a little over a month of exchanges; for an online site, this may seem long. If you encounter a problem that requires customer service intervention, be patient, there will be a resolution. Don't cry scam because the resolution takes time. I hesitated between 3 and 4 stars to indicate that customer service needs to improve on communication and possibly in human resources. Probably a matter of time.
