I ordered a personalized cap on Tuesday May 15 in the middle of the afternoon and received it on Friday May 25 (Monday May 21 was a holiday).
The cap came in a Headict bag with a thank-you card: very professional.
My Raiders cap is of very good quality. It says it's adjustable 55-60cm but I'd say it can go up to 63cm.

As your address was incomplete, it was not possible to deliver the parcel. That's why our customer service department went directly to the address you gave us to check that it was impossible to get to the residence. You were able to collect your parcel from our premises 48 hours ago, and the postage costs were reimbursed.

The delivery was perfect, even if the postage is a bit expensive, especially if you only buy one item. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the merchandise, but concerning the site, I would have greatly appreciated it if the material (cotton, polyester, wool...) had been indicated in the presentation of the textile products. Sincerely

The color does not match, quality of the fabric is poor. Lots of stitching errors.Only positive is the delivery time.I will not order here again, have to pay 45,- for something worth about 15-20,-.
