For my 3rd experience with Headict, I asked for the return of a cap that they couldn't change because it was personalized, so I had to make an effort for a new one, I received an interesting promo code and finally I asked them to shorten the shipment by one day because it was a birthday party... well they were top notch, I received my 2 caps one day before and I was happy... well done to them!
