I am a long-time customer. Everything has always gone well. This time not, as half of the order arrived on October 31, and I still have no news about the other half, more than a week later.

We sincerely apologize for the delay with your order. We want to explain that your order was registered on April 23 at 17:51, so it was processed the following day, April 24. The 26th and 27th were weekends and, as is customary, we do not make deliveries. Additionally, on April 28, there was a widespread blackout that affected the operations of transportation companies.
We understand the inconvenience this may have caused you. Although your order was finally delivered yesterday, the transport agency has not specified the exact reason for the delay, but we assume it was due to a backlog of shipments after the blackout and the holiday.
