The products are unbeatable and the price is really competent. The problem for me is that they don't take care of the customer as they deserve. The service is fast and everything is very correct but taking into account the annual expenditure that I have made in previous years when I have had a problem I have not felt properly cared for.

In Herbitas we try to ensure that all packages arrive in perfect condition to destination, in fact here we always use new boxes in each shipment. In this case both the customer service and the order have been correct. Not so the shipment, which I clearly put some dates in which it could not be sent (because we were out) and it was just sent on those dates.

A experiência no geral foi bastante boa. They were even kind enough to accommodate my request and send me a box of lollipops. O único ponto negativo foi o tempo de resposta. I placed the order on the site, paid at the same time and sent proof by email and waited almost a week for a reply and only got it because I had to send a new email to ask how was the situation of my order already paid.
