I have been taking the capsules for years now and finally have to give a review! I started with the slightly stronger capsules because my body had several construction sites. They clearly did me good, only I already had a good sleep by nature and was not to wake up to the early shift by the alarm clock, so I reduced to these capsules. And they are perfect for me! I have been going to pysiotherapy for years because of tension and luckily I have a very good therapist who always asks and notes everything. When I took a break with the capsules and the headaches became more she reminded me that it was much better with capsules. Personally, I prefer the capsules much more than the drops because of the missing aftertaste. If you notice that the capsules make you burp, then just take them before eating, then you will not notice anything. Conclusion: CBD capsules can help with so many things, you just have to find out the right dosage for you!
