These capsules are perfect in every way. Easy to take. They have taken over from my CBD oil that I was using. They relieve me of sleep problems, anxiety and various pains. My sleep is regulated. I have almost no more night wakings, much less anxiety at the end of the day. The advantage of the capsules is that they are easily transportable. There is no risk of breaking the box. I think, also, more easily to take them. It is a very good product and very effective.
