Immediately effective product on anxiety and sleep quality with a dose of 4 drops 3 times a day. Very relaxing, it also allows to better support the pains. Suffering from severe back pain (severe scoliosis) that forces me to stay in bed quite often, from the 3rd day I felt a relief. I was able to work without taking aspirin or putting on patches (I am a teacher). For the anxiety, it helped me but not completely... I had to take 7 drops morning, afternoon and night. I don't know if I should take the 10% oil.
