I placed an order for delivery to a pickup point. I chose a pickup point in a shopping center for easier parking. Without asking me, the parcel was delivered to another pickup point, downtown, in an area where parking is prohibited. I called your customer service to report it and was brushed off. You can't do anything about it, that's just how it is, and I have to adapt. I'll adapt by no longer ordering from you.

It had been a long time since I last came and what a disappointment… The team is no longer at all what it used to be and knew its products. I had to look for a specific model that I had seen on the site myself, the seller insisted that he no longer had it in stock, I found it myself on the shelf after searching… I don't think I will come back and will turn to other brands.

First of all, I want to clarify that all my other purchases went very well. Unfortunately, this one arrived too late for the occasion for which I had ordered this item. I therefore requested to return the package, which had absolutely not been opened: everything was intact. I would have perfectly understood a refusal if I had opened or used the item, but that was not the case. I therefore find it unfortunate that it is impossible to proceed with the return under these conditions. It is really regrettable, especially considering that the package was completely intact.

I communicated by email to which address it should be delivered, it was not taken into account despite being asked by email and by phone. And the product arrived unstitched at the elastic. Fortunately, I know how to use a needle and thread to sew it back, but it's disappointing to pay for an item to fix it myself. I was happy to support a French company but it seems that groups like Amazon are more efficient... Otherwise, after the repair, the product is quite good.
