Hello, Following your first order, thank you for taking the time to fill in this questionnaire. Your feelings are precious and your opinion seems to contain all the ingredients for a fully satisfied customer. However, I note that you invite us to do even better and would like to know the elements that you would like to see evolve for a satisfaction at the level of 5/5. I wish you a pleasant week and hope to fully satisfy you again soon, Sincerely Johann - Customer Service

Hello Mr. XXXXXXX, Thank you for your order and for taking the time to participate in our satisfaction survey. We have taken into account your comments which will help us to improve in the future. To date, we receive daily new items as well as items being restocked. With several thousand references, the available stock is constantly changing. In order to answer the numerous requests and to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers, a delay of 15 days is announced when an article is no longer available but already on order with the manufacturer. In most cases, the article is already on its way, the delay is thus lower than that initially announced.
For the future and in order to answer your wishes as well as possible, do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail at the address: [email protected] or by telephone to the 0 805 69 21 21 (Free call since a fixed post or mobile) to know the times of restocking. In the present case, do you wish to be informed of the availability of the missing product during the finalization of your order? If yes, please send me the reference of the concerned article. I remain at your disposal for any further details or additional requests. Sincerely, Anthony - Customer Service

Hello Mr. Morin, Indeed, there was an error on the product sheet transmitted by the manufacturer which mentioned buttons whereas these jeans are in fact equipped with a zipper. We have just modified the sheet of this product in both colors on our website, so that they reflect reality. Thank you for your vigilance. I remind you of course that you can contact our customer service at 0805.69.21.21 (FREE number from a landline or a mobile) to proceed to an exchange or a refund. Remaining at your disposal, Christophe -
