Hello, First of all, I would like to wish you a very happy new year and thank you for this new order. The offer - 20% from two products was indeed valid on the selected items. However, I notice that the promotional code associated with this offer was not filled in during the finalization of your purchase and the discount was therefore not applied.
As an exceptional and commercial measure, I have just associated to your customer area a voucher for the value of the discount that should have been deducted with this offer. This voucher will be used on your future orders. I hope that our team as well as the products received have fully met your expectations and wish you a very good weekend, See you soon on our store, Sincerely Johann - Customer Service
