Indeed, some underwear like thongs are non-returnable simply for obvious hygiene reasons (should I remind you of the contact areas of the string!!); and it is rather reassuring when purchasing these products to be certain that they have not already been worn! Contrary to what you claim, all of these non-returnable items are indicated on the site. Each corresponding product page is marked in red and bold with the mention: Non-exchangeable item. I do not see how to better inform you. Furthermore, these items are sealed in the package you receive with an information notice reminding you to contact us if you have any doubts about the size. 1: Hello Sir, I am surprised by your message. Indeed, the return procedure from abroad is clearly stated in the Terms of Sale that you agree to BEFORE your purchase. Regarding your particular case, I explained to you that I could not issue a prepaid return label, as the parcel would be sent from abroad. My French carrier cannot handle a parcel outside of France. However, I offered to cover the shipping costs for your product in order to compensate for the fees. That is why I find your comment and your rating a bit harsh. You have indeed contacted customer service, which has explained to you that in the case of a return for a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The 22 euros you are talking about are not my responsibility and were not collected by me, but by Colissimo when you went to the post office to return the parcel.
To avoid this, we offered to send you a pre-paid label so that you wouldn't have to pay any return postage, and to proceed with an exchange rather than a refund. This would have cost you nothing. You would have received a €39 voucher valid for one year.
Instead, you insulted and threatened us before hanging up.

We have initiated a returns procedure once the parcel has been delivered, enabling you to cancel the order in the same way.

Following our various exchanges and letters from La Poste, your parcel has been delivered to your address. We have sent you the Colissimo delivery certificate, which confirms that the parcel was delivered to you.
As we state on our website, you should always opt for delivery with signature or to a post office, which we believe are the only way to ensure delivery of a parcel.
In your case, La Poste claims to have delivered the parcel, and we can't question your letter carrier's word without information.
As far as the delivery address is concerned, I think you're being a bit disingenuous... We confirmed it with you, and the certificate provided by the Post Office does indeed state the correct address.
