The store delivers consistently reliable order processing, with many customers noting easy ordering, accurate and timely fulfillment, careful packaging, and products arriving in good condition. They highlight fast and attentive customer service, including friendly phone support and responsive handling of exchanges or issues. The product range and descriptions are repeatedly praised, with items matching photos and sizes fitting well, supported by clear delivery timing and attractive prices. Overall, customers appreciate the seriousness, reliability, and ongoing positive shopping experience.
I can't give a rating on the product itself, as I'm waiting for it to be replaced by another size. The order and the delivery went well but to know the real size I would need other indications on the sizes because the sizes change according to the countries of manufacture.

Response from Homeose.fr
Thank you for your review and your note. We have taken into account your remark concerning the size indications; this is why on each product sheet we indicate the measurements in cm of waist circumference according to the sizes. We hope that your product will be replaced quickly and that you will be happy with your new size. Thank you for your trust and understanding. See you soon on Homéose.fr!

the products are always of very good quality, but alas the prices increase vertiginously, in 2017 I paid except promotion a slip Hom Plume, 27 €, it is today with 35 € that is almost 30% in 7 years, and my incomes did not increase as much far from there, thus I do not know if I will be able to continue such purchases, because m^me if I wait for the promos, that remains consequent for me more especially as these products are now manufactured in China! Sincerely : D. Leblond

Delivery took a long time, but I'm sure that's due to the carrier. One comment, the front pocket of the WAISTBAND shorts is not sewn, I don't know if it's an oversight or normal, but it would have been preferable to sew a stitch to keep the front pocket in its central position. I'm going to carry out this operation.

Response from Homeose.fr
Thank you for your review, Nicolas. We are sorry for your disappointment due to the long delivery, beyond our control. We ensure that all our products are of the highest quality before shipping. Also, it's normal that the front pocket is not stitched, so as to give you optimum range of movement. With use, you'll see that you'll feel more comfortable. What's more, we take your comments very seriously and will pass them on to our carrier. Thanks again for your support!
