I placed an order and it was genuinely probably my mistake in selecting the size but the size was too big and since it was engraved, I knew I cannot exchange it or get a refund. Still I messaged the team, and instead of declining my request, they offered me a new ring with engraving at the correct size for a compensation, like half price almost. I am very happy about it because it was my mistake, and they still supported me. The size of the ring is too big (my mistake) but otherwise it looks good, and the quality is as expected.
