Initially, I really liked how quickly they processed the order, but apart from that: the products seem to be of excellent quality, the rosemary essential oil is incredible, very potent, and the aroma is spectacular, I love the rest of the products but I must highlight the rosemary oil for its purity. The oracle I bought is beautiful, I knew it was pretty but I didn't imagine it would be so much. The ritual perfumes are being very effective, thank you very much. And the home cleaning oil is wonderful, I already bought several because I love its smell. I will definitely buy here again

I ordered some Aromanza Black Diamond incense, they arrived very soon, the only thing is that they only had the last unit and I wanted to order more.

Very satisfactory shopping experience. I made a purchase through the website (although they also work with Amazon) guided by the variety of products and their unbeatable prices on many of them, and the truth is that I am very happy. Both the preparation time and the shipping and delivery times have been super fast and, above all, something that seems very important to me is keeping the customer informed of the process. What I have noticed is that many items are out of stock, I understand that after the holidays they will be in the process of restocking. Still, I will definitely repeat.

The description of the products on the website does not match that of the manufacturers of the oils. We agreed that they would pick up and refund my order, but the courier never came and the store does not respond to my email.

Response from HOSTENATURA
Good morning; We were talking on the phone. Normally returns are made with collection by Correos Express, but since I did not have a printer to print the return label, exceptionally we did the collection with CTT Express, who, for reasons beyond our control, did NOT come to pick it up. The email you sent us on Sunday night, indeed, we had not had time to respond yet. Mondays are more chaotic. We have contacted you to manage the incident. Regards, and I am sorry.
