This is the second review that addresses the same issue, we repeat the response: Good morning; We were waiting for the review after the disrespectful behavior on New Year's Eve. The first order you mentioned was in September 2024, it was not delivered because it was a LOCAL HOLIDAY, specifically, in Puertollano "Virgen de Gracia". On holidays, delivery companies do not deliver. The order on our part was sent correctly. This last order, which you are lying about again, we sent on the 26th, but I expressly indicated via Whatsapp that we should not send it until Monday 29/12 because I was NOT at home and could not receive it. The order was sent on the 29th correctly by Correos Express as you wanted, although my colleagues already warned you about the problems with Correos Express in Ciudad Real. The order, as shown in the tracking, was sent and picked up on the same day 29, but due to delays typical of this time of year, it has not been dispatched for delivery until TODAY the 31st. You lie again when you say it is not out for delivery and that you have claimed to the bank, the shipment has been out for delivery since 9 in the morning, and your review is at 11:00h.- Honestly, in 17 years we have never seen a person with such a lack of manners and respect, that the colleague who attended you ended up having an anxiety attack from your attacks, lies, insults, and threats, especially on a day like New Year's Eve, when the colleague spent 4 hours talking to you, during which you only threatened and insulted. Hello Ana! We are very sorry that the package arrived with transport defects. We always try to protect it as much as possible, but these things can happen. We do not understand your rating, you only purchased one product, it was sent the same day you ordered it (it was already late even), and it was delivered correctly yesterday.
