Response from HOSTENATURA
We do not understand your rating, you only purchased one product, it was sent the same day you ordered it (it was already late even), and it was delivered correctly yesterday. You have not notified us of any incidents. The tracking shows delivered: https://www.cttexpress.com/localizador-de-envios/?sc=0033260006049700003617

The products are very good. It was easy to buy and there are different payment methods. The order took a little while to arrive, but that is due to the delivery, not the selling company.

Thanks to a friend I discovered the incenses, one of the many they sell because they have an incredible variety, just like in the many other products, creams, oils, candles, etc. that they have for sale. Every month, I treat myself to an order.
