Normally returns are made with collection by Correos Express, but since I did not have a printer to print the return label, exceptionally we did the collection with CTT Express, who, for reasons beyond our control, did NOT come to pick it up. The email you sent us on Sunday night, indeed, we had not had time to respond yet. Mondays are more chaotic. We have contacted you to manage the incident. Regards, and I am sorry.

In the product photo, it looked like a deep and saturated blue color. When it arrived, instead of blue, it was gray, whitish with a slight hint of dirty blue. On the other hand, I was not notified of the arrival of the product at the citypack and it was forwarded to the post office, so the pickup was not as I had requested. I am thinking of returning the product.

Hello Adriana, First of all, we appreciate your order, regarding the color this product in question is handmade and the color may vary a bit, we apologize for the confusion that the photo on the website may have caused, we have contacted you to resolve this incident. Regarding the delivery, as you can see on the shipping label, it was correctly sent to Citypack, but according to the information provided by Correos, the Citypack could not accept the package (this is usually for two reasons: it is full and there is no capacity, or there is no space available for the size of the package), so they proceeded to attempt a home delivery while being absent at 09:06, and later it was put for pickup at the Post Office. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we are at your complete disposal to solve the problem. Thank you very much!
