Good morning; We were talking on the phone. Normally returns are made with collection by Correos Express, but since I did not have a printer to print the return label, exceptionally we did the collection with CTT Express, who, for reasons beyond our control, did NOT come to pick it up. The email you sent us on Sunday night, indeed, we had not had time to respond yet. Mondays are more chaotic. We have contacted you to manage the incident. Regards, and I am sorry.

Well, they should have notified that the order was going to be left at a delivery point, I expected it at home like the previous one and I don't know what could have happened. But a bit disappointed, to be honest.

Hello Javier, Your order went through Miravia and used their logistics, we cannot choose the transport for this type of orders nor manage any transport incidents, only claim it to Miravia or to GLS which was the carrier chosen by Miravia.
