The description of the products on the website does not match that of the manufacturers of the oils. We agreed that they would pick up and refund my order, but the courier never came and the store does not respond to my email.

Normally returns are made with collection by Correos Express, but since I did not have a printer to print the return label, exceptionally we did the collection with CTT Express, who, for reasons beyond our control, did NOT come to pick it up.
