Customer reviews of HOSTENATURA

Super fast delivery everything perfect

The delivery from Spain to Germany takes about 10 days and is free of shipping costs from 20 €. While my second order went smoothly, three products were missing from the first one. The clarification process was extremely slow, as the local team was heavily burdened due to an employee's accident. Since emails went unanswered for days, I switched to WhatsApp. There, an automatic Google translator led to massive transmission errors: my texts written in German arrived completely distorted in English/Spanish, and the responses on my side seemed out of context and incorrect. Due to the distortion, my consistently neutral messages were received so negatively by the other party that I was irritably asked never to order again. Only after I figured out the problem and was able to convince the contact person to write directly in English could everything be clarified. Overall, it was very difficult to make the situation clear to the other party, even when it was quickly understood and led to a neutral ending. Whether I will order there again because of this matter, I cannot answer. For now, I probably won't make any more purchases there, but rather because I don't want anything else that is sold there. Due to the mixed experience, I waver between three and four stars. It is four because I am generous and think that many unfortunate points have mixed together here.

I liked the product. I would improve the visualization of the information on the website. Thank you - Emma

Their attention, attitude, and quick resolutions to a problem. They do not question, they resolve in the most beneficial way for the customer. Bravo!!!

The shipping and tracking service is excellent. But the smell of the 'saffron' incense seemed horrible to me. It smelled like cheap cologne. I have lived in India for quite some time and I know how saffron incense smells. Nothing like these sticks. What a shame. Best regards.

There were few stocks of some things I ordered and others were not available and I couldn't order them.

Very fast with the delivery

Variety of products and speed in delivery.

Excellent

Good morning, Overall the experience has been satisfactory. Fast delivery. However, what I liked the least is that the order was made in two deliveries and not in one. Regards.

The first order never arrived. The second was neat and delivered quickly.

The speed of service and the extraordinary quality/price ratio.

The palo santo does not release any smell, it is very dry. I will not order palo santo here again. Everything else is correct. Yagra is my favorite. Thank you!!!!
