HOSTENATURA shines with reliable, fast delivery and well-packed orders, often arriving in 24 to 48 hours and sometimes including personalized touches like a sticker or a thoughtful gift. Customers repeatedly highlight attentive, personalized service and clear, helpful guidance that makes shopping easy and enjoyable. The store offers a broad range of incense and related products with favorable prices, frequent samples, and consistent quality that keeps customers returning. Overall, the experience is described as professional, efficient, and satisfying across product variety, packaging, and service.
The shipping and tracking service is excellent. But the smell of the 'saffron' incense seemed horrible to me. It smelled like cheap cologne. I have lived in India for quite some time and I know how saffron incense smells. Nothing like these sticks. What a shame. Best regards.

following a purchase from 13/11/2025
After having a communication failure with them, Eduard contacted me and my husband, both by email and by phone, to resolve this situation in the best possible way, resulting in the editing of my first review. I have dealt with him, so I can say that his service is unbeatable, he is attentive, explains everything very well and takes his time with the client. Very resourceful, pleasant and nice. He is the kind of person with whom it is a pleasure to have a conversation.

Fast shipping, I am Argentine, I buy the sacred mother line and they had the detail of giving me a box of incense from the aromanza line. We continue buying quality with hostenatura.
