After having a communication failure with them, Eduard contacted me and my husband, both by email and by phone, to resolve this situation in the best possible way, resulting in the editing of my first review. I have dealt with him, so I can say that his service is unbeatable, he is attentive, explains everything very well and takes his time with the client. Very resourceful, pleasant and nice.
