This is the worst scam, I am too disappointed

This is my second time making a big purchase on your website, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. When I validated my order online with an additional 36 euros to pay for DHL, I received a confirmation, then the next day I get a second email from HT26 with the purchase of only 1 item. So I had my cousin who lives in France call and explain to the manager the situation, she responded that it was too late because my order was separated and will be sent as is with extra shipping fees. She also sent me an email, talking like she was sorry but she wasn’t going to do anything about the situation as she stated. Disappointed, order error, I received an order that is not mine. I have contacted customer service several times who has not responded for a week.

I ordered my products since 7/11/2020 and till now, I have not received it. I am not sure I will be using your service again. No explanation has been given why there is a delay. It's better to have a refund so that I can look for an alternative.

Your site needs an update. It is not modern at all and does not encourage buying.

Hello, First of all, thank you for asking for my opinion regarding my order. Actually, I did not receive the product I ordered but rather another one instead. I had purchased a shower gel for £27 but upon delivery, I received an aloe vera shower gel that costs £19, which is an £8 difference. After the lockdown, I went to the HT26 shop in Château Rouge to explain to them, as I usually buy my products there, they gave me a customer service number that I called several times without any response. So you owe me £8.

My white essence lotion was broken and split everywhere, my vegetarus lotion also because it's not sealed also my soap broke in the container.... not a good experience with shipping.

The anti-spot range gave us huge allergies with big bumps on the body, worse I contacted customer service via email and WhatsApp and received no response, it's really a shame.
