Delivery too long... a week for a delivery is excessive!!!

Catastrophic product I lost all my hair

I had to call 10 times for the delivery address to be changed - my request was never taken into account... disappointing

Disappointed with the packaging which shows great indiscretion. A neutral packaging would be more appropriate.

I did not receive my entire order, missing one product. I ordered 2 toothpastes and only received one. A bit disappointed with my order, complaint made by phone, still waiting for a response.

5. Good site but not up to the expectations regarding the products ordered online. Still waiting for a response regarding the claim of a damaged product upon delivery.

I had ordered the maximum concentration lightening oil and I received a product that smelled like rapeseed oil and was very greasy. This is really not the same product that I have already ordered several times on this site. I am totally disappointed.

I emailed with a picture to show my glycerin had spilled all over the box and only half was left in the bottle when I received the package!!!

I am very disappointed I ordered shea oil and I receive the gelled bottle and my finger can't even penetrate the tip. You have to do a marine bath every time before use..

I found the body lotion bottle broken, the foot cream is brown with a liquid that cools upon opening, plus there was no little aluminum paper that seals for the first use. If it weren't for the official site, I would have said they were fake products. I don't even dare to put them on my skin. In short, not satisfied.

Error in the order on the caviar body cream item. The face cream was sent to me instead of my order! Since I needed this item immediately, I had to go to exchange it! A huge waste of time for me. I am really very disappointed!!!!!!

I spent hundreds of euros with them over two years, and I don't see any real results.
Otherwise, the packaging and delivery time is interesting.

I find that this site no longer respects its commitments (it was not like that before), you are told that your delivery is made within 48 or 72 hours and when you place an order you have to call them several times and moreover they do not have the kindness to acknowledge their mistake and tell you that your order has not been processed or shipped, they insist that your order has been shipped and promise to communicate the tracking number to you. I find this attitude deplorable as it only tarnishes the image of this site.
NB: I placed a new order on Saturday, April 30 and until today I have no news of this order because I have not yet called Ht26.

The site is very good but the after-sales service is non-existent

it's been almost 2 months since I placed my order. I placed the order on 29.3.2016. now it's 4.5.2016. can this be a scam or what.

The Face kit does not work at all, I end up with a dark face and a light body. The body lotion is perfect, I appreciate it a lot. When I received the products, the night cream was spilled in the package, I lost more than half. I wrote but until today no one has replied.

I didn't like the product, I used it only once. It seems like there are little seeds in the carrot milk.
The 90 lotion also burned my face. I had to use natural shea butter which hydrated my face. Now it's starting to get better. I don't want to use this product anymore. And I paid €30 to pick up the package at the post office. However, I had used royal 8 years ago and I liked it well.
