I still haven't received my order

It has been more than 3 weeks since I placed my order and I still have not received it, can I know why?

It will soon be 1 month since I haven't received my order. Moreover, you send me your verified reviews. You should have started from the beginning to see if I received my order or not, and the worst part is that I can't reach you by phone. I reported that I haven't received my order yet but nothing, no response.

I would like you to further improve customer service, since the products cost us a sum to achieve the goal of a good shade, but personally noticing that you sent me the Beauty capsules already nearing expiration curiously it was a product that was not on my order instead it was vitality capsules... and I made a complaint to not have a favorable response and I am the one who bears the loss since this product is expired, I was not satisfied and your service was unable to restore my rights, moreover for my daughter's topsygel range there was almost nothing of the serum but it's a bit disappointing, I always place orders over 900€ but I do not expect dissatisfaction improve your services by checking the products and not substituting one product for another thank you.

I am very disappointed with the customer service that is unable to resend my order which was returned to them, supposedly the person in charge is absent for a few days. Ht26 is an old company and should be able to resolve these minor issues without delay.

I am not happy with the person who packed my order, the person omitted the topsygel lightening cream that I paid for. How do I get the cream?

I was given a product I did not order. I originally ordered Lorion based on Carrot etc…and the invoice doesn’t reflect what I received. I don’t understand how my order has been processed to pay in full and not received my orders in full. May you verify and get back to me in due course? Many thanks

One of the products had no labels there is a traceability problem.

Girls and boys who wear contact lenses. Never order from HT26. The hazel color with them is BLACK. They are liars. Moreover, I called to complain. The person on the phone was rude. I do not recommend this site for contact lenses.

I have a bad review with this company since January 18, I have never received my order, I have sent you countless emails and I have never received a response.

I give 2 stars only because I like the brand's products but my bad rating is to wake up the customer service to whom I have written for a week about my last order with 4 emails that are still unanswered. Regarding the product, it is not the product I wanted so I have not used it, it is still packaged. I wanted another product that I had already bought at the pharmacy. 7€ cheaper than on the official site but I had no choice because it's a great product (the one I wanted) and I moved far from that pharmacy with it. So for this cream, I have nothing to say. And I am still waiting for a response from customer service regarding my order.
