Hello, Your delivery was prepared on time. This Monday being a holiday, you ordered the day before a long weekend. The weekend is not counted as part of the delivery times. This explains the delivery delay. You will find the delivery address of the package in your email.

I ordered the preparation range and the night cream is missing. After several calls and emails, no response from customer service. Nor from Samuel who asked me to send him a photo of all the products received. I recommend the range but not ordering on the site.
