I am very disappointed with the customer service that is unable to resend my order which was returned to them, supposedly the person in charge is absent for a few days. Ht26 is an old company and should be able to resolve these minor issues without delay.

The package was returned to us at our expense and the reshipment to your new address should be at our expense, so it is very wise to understand that this is a decision that must be made by a hierarchical manager following an error on your part. Girls and boys who wear contact lenses. Never order from HT26. The hazel color with them is BLACK. They are liars. Moreover, I called to complain. The person on the phone was rude. I do not recommend this site for contact lenses.
