First online order with HT26; Fast shipping arrived quickly at the pickup point. Product as described; Thank you. Downside: Package was initially missing. Not having Internet on my phone, I had to return home and come back with my package number. Package finally found. The order preparer had forgotten a letter of my name and had swapped first name and last name.

The cream I ordered was rather a lightening cream and not the anti-wrinkle one you sent me.

My skin is soft and clear since using the cream, but I wonder if I can add glycerin?

Good distribution of sections although it would be more interesting if more details were given regarding the products and skin types for a more adequate use.

I placed my order on the 14th and still haven't received my package, strange that you ask for my opinion and I called and was told my package is lost. How could I give my opinion on something I haven't received?

I placed an order on April 10 and paid €25 for shipping. I still haven't received my order and you expect me to rate you? Bad service bad experience and I'm waiting for my order or my money back.

Hello to you, We are sincerely sorry that the delivery of your package took longer than initially expected. On our side, we prepared and shipped your order within the allotted time. Brexit causes more checks on packages destined for the UK, which extends the expected delivery times. However, your package was delivered on Wednesday, April 20 to your home Hoping that this incident will not prevent you from ordering again on ht26.com! Laboratory HT26

My products arrived without problems as usual but this time with a very different damaged product in packaging, scent, and texture. I am very disappointed because just the delivery cost me 35 euros and I have not received any response from customer service. I sent a message with a photo of the products. I really hope I will be refunded for this product.

The products arrived on time. They were well packaged. The soap and the scrub work well. I haven't started using the others (lotion and cream) yet. Best regards.

Speed of delivery, the products very well protected. For the effectiveness of the products, I will wait 2 weeks to see if it works but in the meantime the consistency of the cream and the smell suit me. To be reassessed in 2 weeks.
