First online order with HT26; Fast shipping arrived quickly at the pickup point. Product as described; Thank you. Downside: Package was initially missing. Not having Internet on my phone, I had to return home and come back with my package number. Package finally found. The order preparer had forgotten a letter of my name and had swapped first name and last name.

My products arrived without problems as usual but this time with a very different damaged product in packaging, scent, and texture. I am very disappointed because just the delivery cost me 35 euros and I have not received any response from customer service. I sent a message with a photo of the products. I really hope I will be refunded for this product.

After using your products for few days I'm having rashes on my face. what do you recommend. I used HT26 - Maximal concentration bleaching face lotion at night and I used White Essence - Correcting lightening serum on my spots. please tell me what to do. the rashes are itchy. I wrote to Ht26. no one has contact me since then. should I returned products?, can I get a refund or replacement with something that will help my face. Thank you
