Hello,
I have never been able to place an order on the site and it would be ideal to do it myself. Please help me to do it.
Have a good day!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences this time. I received the wrong product, I emailed and sent all the proof. I needed the product so badly that I was willing to pay half of the shipping since the customer representative said the shipping fee is expensive. But after some time, I checked my email and saw that a new order for the right product was issued. I was so happy and thought I did not have to pay any fees, later I saw another email asking for me to pay so I emailed the guy again and he didn't respond. It has been now 3 days and he just kept ignoring me and for the new order they did not receive any tracking number. Even though you have good products, this is not a way to treat a customer.

Hello, my package was returned to the sender. There is no way to reach you either by phone or by email. I have already sent you 4 emails without response. I would like to know how to recover the package that has been sent back to you. Thank you.

Hello, Your delivery was prepared on time. This Monday being a holiday, you ordered the day before a long weekend. The weekend is not counted as part of the delivery times. This explains the delivery delay. You will find the delivery address of the package in your email.
