Make sure the products are well sealed. My shower gel was a bit spilled in the packaging.

Hello,
Our concern is always customer satisfaction, if this is about order 1...823 for which you are making a complaint, please know that there was a payment error likely related to the transaction. This explains the non-receipt of your order. As soon as the status is updated, I will personally take care of your order.
Best regards,
Eymath, customer service manager

But how did it arrive in very good condition and I was delighted to receive little gifts inside. It's been 4 days since I've been using the HT26 gel, milk, and serum and for now I find that my skin is soft after each shower and the products have a very nice smell. I am waiting in the coming weeks to see if my complexion will be brighter. For now I am satisfied and I recommend HT26

The products are top-notch, I mainly use the baby lotion, however, I find it unfortunate to have to order for €100 to get free shipping and the shipping costs are a bit high.

Fairly well structured, navigation is quite smooth but I encounter some difficulties going back and returning to the previous point, very often the website sends me back to the starting point of the search. Not very convenient in my opinion.

Since I was in the store, the saleswomen are pleasant, the manager or the owner was attentive and friendly. However, the wig I bought is the one for trying on and not a new one. No box or accessories provided. And the trying-on cap is the same for all customers which lacks hygiene.

Overall I received my order well, but I was just disappointed that I did not receive my 3 gifts due to the amount of my order and the fact that I was delivered to a relay point when it was supposed to be home delivery. I take away one star. Overall I am satisfied with HT26 products.

Good site. For my last order, just a small complaint, the two small gifts announced and described on the invoice had nothing to do with those I received.
