Hello Madam, as you have seen on your package tracking, you ordered on August 22, the Chronopost relay was delivered on August 24 and remained there until August 4. You were normally notified by phone (0766580582) and by email ([email protected]). We cannot do more, it would have been wise to track your order in your customer area or to call us.
